Job Description We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Document interactions and maintain customer records
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Contribute to improving customer support processes
Requirements Previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred
