Senior Technical Lead for Virtualization

Job Description

Take on a leadership role as a Senior Technical Specialist with The Server Cloud Foundation, focusing on Virtualization and Storage in a hybrid environment. Shape technical delivery and operational strategies while guiding your team.

This position involves leading the Virtualization and Storage team in a high-impact hybrid setting. You'll act as the primary technical lead, ensuring work aligns with business objectives while supporting the team with documentation and service quality initiatives. Your contributions will be essential for both operational excellence and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for virtualization and storage

• Align team priorities and manage operational blocker resolution

• Drive planning and prioritize team actions

• Coordinate documentation and service improvement initiatives

• Mentor team members and support project delivery

Requirements:

• Significant experience with Nutanix HCI and storage technologies

• Familiarity with cloud services and strong scripting skills

• Involvement in ITIL processes like incident management

• Background in IT solution delivery and budget planning

• Knowledge of network infrastructure and software lifecycle
