The Senior Virtualization and Storage Administrator role at MDA Space will focus on designing and managing enterprise virtualization and storage infrastructures. Your responsibilities encompass optimizing SAN, NAS, and other relevant platforms while addressing disaster recovery and capacity planning needs. Your advanced troubleshooting and automation skills will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and monitor enterprise storage and virtualization solutions

• Implement infrastructure updates, including upgrades and patches

• Plan, execute, and document platform migrations

• Collaborate with various IT teams for infrastructure resilience

• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• 8+ years in infrastructure engineering or systems administration

• Expertise with VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox environments

• Background in enterprise storage technologies and protocols

• Experience with critical production workloads management

• Strong communication and automation scripting skills
