Technical Implementations Lead Location: Remote within Canada/USA

Industry: Healthcare Technology / Software

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

SRA Staffing is hiring a full-time Technical Implementations Lead on behalf of a leading healthcare technology organization delivering interoperability, data exchange, and clinical platform solutions. This role plays a key part in customer success and technical delivery, working across internal engineering teams and external customers to ensure scalable, durable, and secure solution implementations.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support customer implementation projects, including platform configuration, scripting, troubleshooting, and technical solution design

Provide architectural input aligned with company standards and industry frameworks (HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes)

Balance multiple concurrent projects, escalating priorities to leadership when appropriate

Stay informed on industry trends to help guide client strategy and technical decisions

Collaborate with internal teams (Implementations, Services, Account Management, Development, Product) to ensure profitable and successful engagements

Mentor and support technical support analysts in issue resolution and skill development

Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation as required

Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and pre-sales technical evaluations

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of hours and project activity using NetSuite

Promote delivery excellence through continuous improvement of processes and technical standards

What You Bring 5+ years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development

Strong technical foundations in Spring, REST, SQL, Git

3+ years designing, developing, and delivering software solutions independently and collaboratively

Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills, including leading meetings and documenting solutions

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue identification

Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable navigating broad technical and project responsibilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, C-CDA)

Experience with Kafka, ActiveMQ, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes

Experience with Python

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Prior work with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or iterative project delivery models

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related discipline
