Client Advisor – Business & Tax Consultations

Sansar Solutions | Vancouver, BC | Remote

Sansar Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, ambitious Client Advisor to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with business owners, understanding their problems, asking the right questions, and helping guide them toward the right accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or CRA solution.

You do not need to be an accountant.

WE bring you the leads, no cold calling. These are clients who reached out to us for help.

You do need to be someone who is curious, entrepreneurial, comfortable speaking with people, and genuinely interested in learning how businesses operate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with new and existing business owners through phone and video consultations
• Learning how to identify client needs related to bookkeeping, corporate tax, personal tax, GST/HST, payroll, CRA issues, catch-up filings, and ongoing accounting support
• Asking discovery questions to understand the client’s business, current challenges, deadlines, and priorities
• Explaining Sansar’s services clearly and confidently
• Guiding clients through the consultation process and helping them understand their next steps
• Following up with prospective clients and maintaining strong communication
• Working closely with our accountants, onboarding team, and management team
• Learning the basics of how accounting engagements are scoped and priced
• Becoming familiar with CRA processes and common issues business owners face
• Helping create a smooth experience from the first consultation through onboarding
• Learning the operational side of a growing accounting firm

• Wants to understand the ins and outs of how a business runs, not just complete one small task every day

Experience in client service, consulting, finance, accounting, business development, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an asset, but we care heavily about attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Compensation

This role is percentage-based, with 10% earned on every client engagement you close.

Our average client engagement is approximately $5,000, which means a typical closed client would earn you around $500.

There is no fixed cap on how much you can earn. The more consultations you handle successfully and the more clients you help bring into Sansar, the more your earnings can grow.

For example:

• 3 average closes in a month = approximately $1,500
• 5 average closes = approximately $2,500
• 10 average closes = approximately $5,000

Some client engagements may be lower or higher than the average, so the percentage you earn will depend on the final value of each engagement.

This structure is designed for someone who is motivated by performance and wants their income to reflect the value they bring to the company.

For the right candidate, a guaranteed salary structure is also available as you grow into the role, build consistency, and take on more responsibility within Sansar Solutions.
