Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will create memorable experiences for a global clientele in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. You will drive sales through personalized service and relationship building while demonstrating a strategic sales mindset and eagerness to learn. The role requires flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and the holiday period.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalized service to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive clienteling and product knowledge.

Participate in the store's commission program and contribute to team sales performance.

Maintain high standards of visual presentation, merchandising, and store operations.

Collaborate with colleagues and management to support store goals and client events.

Requirements

Experience in luxury retail or a client-centric customer service environment, or a strong history of customer service with an elevated clientele.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.

Strategic sales mindset, motivation to improve personal performance, and willingness to learn industry-leading practices.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and the November/December holiday period.

Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.
