Experienced Superintendent for Construction Projects

Job Description

Take the lead as a Site Superintendent at Third Space, overseeing field operations for multifamily wood-frame projects. Focus on safety, quality, and performance from project inception to completion.

This role is integral in translating development goals into actionable construction strategies. Collaborate closely with project teams and trade partners to ensure timely execution, while actively addressing challenges and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure site safety and compliance with regulations

• Direct field operations and manage project schedules

• Engage in procurement and subcontractor onboarding

• Promote sustainable construction methods and solutions

• Drive improvements in construction processes and practices

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant construction experience

• At least 5 years as a Superintendent or related role

• Experience with 6-storey wood-frame projects

• Demonstrated effectiveness in managing safety and budget

• In-depth knowledge of wood-frame building systems
