Site Superintendent for Construction Projects

Job Description

As a Site Superintendent, you will coordinate administration and supervision for construction projects, ensuring adherence to Bird's core values. Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop master project schedules utilizing MS Project or Primavera P6. You will lead daily operations, manage site logistics, and ensure compliance with safety plans while fostering a respectful workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily construction site operations and logistics

• Develop Health, Safety and Environment Plan

• Manage master project schedules and subcontractor selection

• Conduct regular constructability reviews during construction

• Prepare progress reports and track resource allocations

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in construction management or related field

• 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in healthcare or education

• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
