ShyftLabs is on the lookout for a Senior ML-Ops Engineer with extensive experience in Machine Learning and software development practices. In this role, you will engage with various teams to enhance workflow efficiencies and product delivery timelines. This position is fully remote within Canada, with hybrid options available in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable ML systems

• Produce and maintain production-quality code

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ML projects

• Build abstractions to support data scientists' needs

• Ensure effective lifecycle management of ML applications

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred

• 3+ years of software development experience in Python

• 3+ years of hands-on Machine Learning application

• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop

• Proficiency with ML-Ops tools including MLFlow and DVC
