Take your skills to the next level at ShyftLabs as a Senior Data Engineer. Lead the design and delivery of innovative data platforms for Fortune 500 companies, working in a hybrid model.

As a senior leader, you will manage complex data engineering initiatives from concept through production. Your hands-on experience in Databricks, Apache Spark, and cloud solutions will be essential in delivering high-impact solutions. With over eight years of experience, you’ll work closely with client stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable technical strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data platforms

• Drive technical delivery across multiple client projects

• Define and document architectural decisions and strategies

• Conduct reviews ensuring best practices are implemented

• Provide mentorship to engineering team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data or Computer Science

• 8+ years of data engineering experience

• 5+ years of Databricks and Apache Spark expertise

• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data frameworks

• Experience with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud
