Implementation Analyst

Act as the project lead for multiple implementation projects concurrently

Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan, including meetings, deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and solutions

Translate client needs into technical/functional requirements of the platform

Rapidly execute projects within 2-4 months from end to end

Build and execute communication plans to support program implementation and user adoption

Work cross-functionally with internal Achievers resources and external client resources to guide projects from concept to deployment

Utilize tracking and reporting tools for project documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity

Liaise with developers and designers to enhance site features as required

Requirements Experience in a software implementation role, preferably SaaS

Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short term projects

Experience with configuring and implementing software applications

Experience managing and resolving risks and issues

Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project delivery

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people

Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate solutions in a collaborative manner

Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and drive

Evidence of effective multi-tasking and ability to manage complex and tight project schedules

University degree in a related field
