Job Description

Drive impactful SaaS implementations as an Implementation Analyst at Achievers in Liberty Village, Toronto. Lead customer-focused projects to bring our rewards platform to life.

This role positions you as the project lead managing multiple implementation initiatives. You will effectively scope and guide project requirements while ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Your strong communication skills will facilitate collaboration between internal teams and customers, driving successful outcomes that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead various implementation projects concurrently

• Plan and monitor project milestones and deliverables

• Translate customer requirements into solutions

• Execute implementations within short timelines

• Build communication strategies to enhance adoption

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software or SaaS implementations

• Ability to manage tight project schedules

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Resourceful in resolving issues and risks

• Hold a relevant university degree
