Experienced Restaurant Manager Needed

Job Description

Lead restaurant operations as an Experienced Restaurant Manager, focusing on staff and customer satisfaction. This position requires 1-2 years of experience and offers a permanent work term.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for planning daily operations and supervising a team of 5-15 people. Your role includes evaluating staff performance, managing inventory, and implementing service procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also conduct performance reviews while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Organize daily work schedules for staff • Supervise and mentor team members effectively • Balance cash and prepare financial reports • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for supplies • Address customer complaints with urgency

Requirements: • High school graduation certificate is required • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and office software • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Successful clearance of a criminal background check
