Experienced Restaurant Manager Needed

Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee onsite operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize your management skills to create a positive dining atmosphere.

This role requires individuals with 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience, ready to engage with staff and customers alike. You'll be tasked with planning daily operations, monitoring staff performance, recruiting, and adhering to health regulations. Your contributions to operational procedures will be vital for our success.

Key Responsibilities: • Monitor revenues and manage labour costs • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff • Schedule staff and manage daily operational tasks • Maintain inventory and negotiate supplier contracts • Address and resolve customer concerns effectively

Requirements: • Completed high school education • 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant setting • Proficient in MS Office and spreadsheet applications • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
