Job Description

Join AXON Networks as a Site Reliability Engineer, working remotely to enhance cloud operations. Focus on improving system resilience and performance while collaborating across teams.

This role at AXON requires a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and NOC operations. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring system health and streamlining the process of incident resolution. You’ll work closely with various teams and lead efforts to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish service-level indicators and objectives

• Improve recovery and resilience of cloud services

• Trace failures across complex service paths

• Maintain NOC dashboards for system monitoring

• Coach team members on incident response

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in related fields

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar

• Expertise in cloud environments like Oracle or GCP

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
