Operations Centre Control Supervisor

Job Description

Step into the role of Control Supervisor at Concord Security, a leader in shopping centre safety! This position focuses on communication, leadership, and crisis management within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior customer service in dynamic situations

• Oversee CCTV and emergency response protocols

• Generate clear reports on incidents and day-to-day activities

• De-escalate crises and provide necessary support

• Communicate effectively with teams and emergency contacts

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in security

• One-year minimum in dispatch or control officer role

• Preferred supervisory experience

• Strong communication skills

• Familiarity with Avigilon and similar software
