Job Description

Be part of Nexthop, an AI infrastructure startup based in the Lower Mainland, as a hybrid Software Engineer. Drive innovative solutions while working in a collaborative environment.

As a Software Engineer, you will actively participate in the software design and development process. You will work alongside experienced engineers, optimize systems, and foster customer engagement through project scoping and support during trials and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in the design and development of software solutions

• Optimize systems through collaboration and peer review

• Assist customers during project scoping and trials

• Contribute to defining the company culture and processes

• Conduct thorough testing of engineering solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field

• Proficiency in Python, C, or C++ programming

• Knowledge of embedded systems and distributed architectures

• Familiarity with Docker and database technologies

• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in teams
