In this role, you'll be responsible for designing a completely new Customer Experience Platform without any legacy interference. With over 7 years of software development experience and at least 3 years in a leadership position, your skills in microservices and API design will be crucial. You will create solutions that enhance customer interactions across North America and Europe while building a strong technical foundation for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end system architecture and design

• Collaborate with engineers to implement production-quality changes

• Establish guidelines for API and data contracts

• Ensure a high standard of uptime and minimal critical issues

• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize user experiences

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software engineering roles

• 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership

• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or related stacks

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML in real applications

• Extensive knowledge of compliance protocols
