Civeo Facilities Manager Position

Job Description

As a Facilities Manager at Civeo Premium Services, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Cook Chill Food Production Center's maintenance and compliance operations. This role demands a focus on safety, efficiency, and effective management.

The position entails managing all mechanical systems and ensuring compliance with provincial regulations while performing preventative maintenance across the facility. Strong decision-making abilities and hands-on experience are key to success in this role. You will also engage with licensed contractors for any specialized repairs required.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily maintenance and performance of facility systems • Ensure all compliance and safety measures are met • Schedule maintenance tasks and manage staff performance • Respond to emergencies and oversee repairs promptly • Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 10+ years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance • Licensed tradesperson with mechanical proficiency • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean record
