Job Description

Drive facility maintenance efforts as a Maintenance Manager at MiTek Canada in Bradford, ON. Supervise teams ensuring the performance of mechanical and electrical systems and adherence to safety standards.

In this position, the Maintenance Manager oversees the operations of the Bradford Maintenance team and manages various aspects of company facilities. Responsibilities include developing a preventive maintenance program, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership and project management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance programs and compliance regulations

• Schedule maintenance team work and assignments

• Execute plans for facility maintenance projects

• Conduct inspections and machinery evaluations

• Manage procurement for maintenance supplies

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields or similar

• 5+ years leading teams in an industrial environment

• Strong initiative in project execution and planning

• Ability to read mechanical prints and schematics

• Use of Microsoft Office tools effectively
