Job Description

Take on a significant role as a Senior Electrical & Electronics Design Engineer on a contract basis in Toronto. This position revolves around advanced design tasks and integrative procedures for complex systems.

As an expert in electrical engineering, you will develop electrical schematics, support product lifecycle management, and collaborate with teams on prototyping efforts. Your technical acumen will drive project success through testing, troubleshooting, and compliance assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical systems, including PCB layouts and schematics

• Participate in prototype integration and testing processes

• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

• Lead design reviews and DFMEA assessments

• Provide technical support for manufacturing and operational teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years experience in electrical design

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Strong understanding of embedded systems and troubleshooting

• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required

• Advanced skills in Altium Designer are preferred
