Job Description

Join UBC's Autoimmune Biomedical Collaborative as a part-time Cluster Coordinator. This role focuses on event logistics, financial oversight, and supporting research activities.

You'll report to Prof. Marc Horwitz and collaborate with cluster Co-Leads. The position involves organizing meetings and events, tracking research projects, overseeing financial responsibilities, and maintaining communication within the cluster. Strong initiative and multi-tasking capabilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage cluster governance and organize committee meetings • Plan engaging events, including conferences and seminars • Administer financial monitoring and invoicing • Track research initiatives and prepare updates • Maintain organized cluster communications and website

Requirements: • High School diploma and two-year post-secondary diploma • Four years of relevant experience or equivalent • Commitment to diverse perspectives and inclusion • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with project management preferable
