Operational Excellence District Manager

Job Description

Steer operational success in the campervan marketplace as a District Manager at Indie Campers. Lead multiple locations to enhance revenue, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

As a District Manager at Indie Campers, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational management across a defined group of depots. With your extensive experience in high-volume operations, you will develop impactful strategies, ensuring adherence to service standards and KPIs. Collaborating cross-departmentally, you will address business challenges and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage district's P&L to optimize profitability

• Develop and coach Operations Managers effectively

• Define priorities based on operational data and customer demand

• Execute SOPs and maintain safety standards

• Lead cross-depot performance initiatives

Requirements:

• 7-10 years' experience in high-volume operations

• Strong background in managing P&L

• Excellent leadership with coaching capabilities

• Professional fluency in English

• Valid driver's license and travel availability
