Lead the technical operations team at ENCORE as a Technical Supervisor focused on customer service and staff development. Oversee audiovisual setups while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.
As a Technical Supervisor, you will spearhead floor operations, guiding your team to optimize event technology and enhance client satisfaction. Your expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining audio-visual equipment is essential to meet the needs of both guests and internal customers. Engage in training to develop team skills and ensure operational excellence in events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and operate audiovisual equipment efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly
• Maintain positive client relationships with excellent communication
• Organize daily activities for prompt equipment management
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of audiovisual experience required
• 3-5 years in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Internal applicants must be Technical 1-Star Certified
• Valid driver’s license necessary for vehicle operation
