Job Description

Join CIRO as an IAM Security Analyst and help protect Canadian investors through effective identity and access management practices in a hybrid work model.

In the IAM Analyst role, you will be vital to CIRO's mission of maintaining high regulatory standards. This position is designed for experienced candidates with a strong foundation in IAM, capable of managing user access while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your contributions will create secure identity solutions for all CIRO stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage creation and deletion of user accounts

• Support multi-factor authentication and identity federation

• Monitor IAM metrics and address anomalies

• Conduct access reviews in line with compliance standards

• Collaborate with application teams to enhance IAM solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Information Technology or Cybersecurity

• Over 4 years of IAM or IT security experience

• Familiarity with security tools including Ping Identity

• Understanding of zero trust and least privilege principles

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
