Job Description

Step into a pivotal role as an Operational Technologies Engineer with Randstad Canada, working in a hybrid setup in Edmonds. Drive project success and innovative technology solutions in the energy sector.

As an Operations Technologies Engineer, you will execute engineering tasks vital for project delivery at BC Hydro. This contract role invites candidates with a strong foundation in Electrical or Systems Engineering and experience in industrial control systems. Illustrated by your work, you will contribute to the design and implementation of operational technology networks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Generation Capital Project OT Services from design to implementation

• Support project teams through all phases of delivery

• Design and implement ICS and OT network solutions

• Liaise with various teams to define technical requirements

• Document device functionality and integration capabilities

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant engineering discipline

• Minimum two years of relevant engineering experience

• Strong communication and technical documentation skills

• Familiarity with ICS, OT, and AutoCAD is an asset

• Knowledge of NERC CIP standards considered beneficial
