Job Description

Elevate operational efficiency as Slalom's Senior Consultant in operational improvement. Engage with diverse clients to enhance processes and achieve strategic objectives in a hybrid work model.

With 4–8 years of relevant experience, your role will focus on process improvement, business transformation, and analytical assessments. You will conduct deep analysis of existing practices and facilitate workshops aimed at pinpointing actionable solutions. Collaborating with clients, you will craft implementation plans that realize substantial business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients for operational assessments

• Conduct workshops to explore and identify challenges

• Analyze and redesign business operations for efficiency

• Create business cases that drive actionable results

• Guide the execution of performance management practices

Requirements:

• 4–8 years in management consulting or related fields

• Strong experience with process mapping and assessment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Knowledge of analytics and automation is preferred

• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
