Hatch seeks a motivated individual passionate about engineering to join its Project Delivery Group as a Structural Designer. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates from a Civil/Structural design program. You'll assist in creating structural designs, maintain technical drawings, and work closely with diverse teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 2D and 3D CAD technical drawings

• Assist in design detail development and layout work

• Perform coordination checks to avoid clash issues

• Verify site conditions and measurements as needed

• Participate in periodic design reviews

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or graduating in 2026 with a focus on Civil/Structural design

• Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D design software

• Familiarity with industry codes and standards

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
