Job Description

Become a vital part of Freestar's Yield team as a Remote Yield Analyst. This role involves optimizing publisher monetization through deep data analysis and actionable insights.

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive individual with 2-4 years of experience in ad tech. As a Yield Analyst, you'll identify trends in complex data sets and develop strategies for maximizing yield. Your work will include crafting data-driven summaries for various stakeholders and managing yield initiatives to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify trends in complex data sets to boost publisher yield

• Analyze bidstream data to uncover optimization opportunities

• Develop analytic monitoring systems for yield management

• Produce actionable insights for internal teams and executives

• Monitor key performance indicators like eCPM and fill rate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, or related field

• 2-4 years experience in ad tech or analytics

• Familiarity with header bidding and Google Ad Manager

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills

• Strong communication abilities for diverse audiences
