Data-Driven Learning Analyst

Job Description

Lead enhancements in learning development as a detail-oriented Analyst. Focus on data evaluation, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting high-impact L&D programs.

This position supports the Lead Learning Solution Architect in the strategic execution of significant learning initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis will directly inform L&D recommendations and program implementations. You'll manage communication channels, assist with project kickoff, and ensure the effective deployment of training solutions while navigating both internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze learner data and provide actionable insights

• Coordinate logistics for major L&D initiatives

• Document meeting minutes and follow up on actions

• Support project submissions for L&D annual plans

• Troubleshoot daily escalations related to course functionality

Requirements:

• Proven coordination skills in the L&D field

• Ability to analyze LMS data effectively

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools

• Exceptional communication and attention to detail

• Initiative-driven and able to work independently
