Telecommunications Senior Program Manager

Elevate Ontario's telecom strategies as a Senior Program Manager focused on service implementations and client migrations. Drive transitions to services like Voice and SD-WAN offerings.

As a seasoned Senior Program Manager, you will lead program and project management efforts for critical telecommunications initiatives affecting Ontario's Government services. Your experience in managing large-scale migrations and technical service solutions will be essential. Engage directly with clients to facilitate seamless transitions and enhance service offerings throughout regions of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct planning and execution of telecom services

• Lead migrations impacting over 1,500 sites

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in service transformation within telecom

• Expertise in managing enterprise-level projects

• Knowledge of migration methodology and risk management

• Strong understanding of SD-WAN and voice network technology
