Job Description

Lead transformative network initiatives as a Program Director in a prominent Telecommunications company located in Brampton, ON. This hybrid role focuses on wireline infrastructure delivery and requires extensive experience.

The Program Director will oversee the Wireline Network Transformation program, emphasizing delivery, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. You are expected to bring over 15 years of management experience, leading large-scale projects in a cross-functional environment. The position requires a robust understanding of operational and financial objectives to ensure program success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of wireline network transformation objectives

• Build trusted relationships with CXOs and stakeholders

• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives targeting automation

• Lead national teams in planning, deployment, and operational support

• Ensure continuous improvement in infrastructure project execution

Requirements:

• 15+ years in Telecommunications, especially Wireline networks

• Strong leadership experience across enterprise-wide projects

• Expertise in financial and risk management strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related area

• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
