Senior Software Engineering Manager at Jobot

Job Description

Drive innovation as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Jobot. Lead a cross-functional team delivering a next-generation SaaS platform designed for impact and quality.

In this role, you will manage a team of 10-15 engineers specializing in full-stack, backend, and DevOps technologies. You will own the technical direction and architecture of the platform and spearhead the adoption of AI-assisted tools for efficient development. As a key leader, you will balance numerous priorities including timelines, scalability, and technical debt while nurturing team growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a diverse engineering team

• Ensure high standards in code quality and design

• Drive adoption of AI tools for enhanced productivity

• Work closely with Product and Design teams

• Oversee full team lifecycle from hiring to performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in software engineering leadership

• 5+ years managing engineering teams of 8 or more

• Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Strong understanding of SaaS and APIs

• Familiar with regulations in healthcare or similar fields
