Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a full-time Executive Assistant

The Job Description:

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Calendar management and meeting coordination

Answer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner

Draft and send correspondence to clients and CRA

Assist with sending client invoices, statements and AR account maintenance

Take minutes for internal meetings

Process financial statements

Process and e-file tax forms

Process letters and resolutions

The Qualifications:

Minimum of five years’ experience in a professional environment; experience in an Accounting firm would be considered an asset

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CaseWare, CaseView, TaxPrep, iFirm, DocuSign and/or Adobe would be considered an asset

High attention to detail is essential

Ability to multi-task, work independently, meet deadlines and adapt quickly

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

High standard of integrity and commitment to exceptional client service

Ability to act professionally in a busy environment and handle confidential information appropriately
