Key Responsibilities:

• Manage switchboard calls and locating services

• Execute emergency procedures and monitor alarms

• Be available for various shifts including holidays

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma is necessary

• Typing proficiency of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy

• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to stay calm under pressure in emergencies
