Licensed Red Seal Millwright - Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience as a maintenance millwright.

Licensed Red Seal Millwright with capability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical production machinery.

Experience with injection mold presses.

Must demonstrate capability to effectively use shop equipment for fabrications (e.g., welder, lathe, mill, drill press).

Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to understand work order requirements.

Must be able to keep up to fast paced activities.

Duties / Responsibilities

Two options: 1. Day Shift or 2. Afternoon Shift.

Review all equipment ensuring all safety devices are in place and in excellent working condition.

Responsible for accurate troubleshooting, modifying production equipment and fabrication.

Responsible for all maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems on production equipment.

Ensure correct installation, assembly, positioning, and mechanical set-up of all new equipment.

Complete preventative maintenance task list as assigned.
