Take charge of payroll activities as a Payroll Administrator focused on the Canadian market. This role involves handling employee changes and ensuring proper documentation in a collaborative environment.
The Payroll Administrator will take responsibility for processing assigned payrolls and addressing employee inquiries. You will work masterfully with various stakeholders to maintain payroll accuracy and enhance operational efficiency. Expect a hands-on role that demands attention to compliance and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Canadian payrolls including union payroll
• Review and rectify payroll transactions and discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with Canada Revenue Agency guidelines
• Assist with T4 preparation and year-end activities
• Provide timely responses to employee payroll questions
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in payroll administration
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills to resolve payroll issues
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced payroll deadlines
• Understanding of payroll software and Microsoft Excel
