Pouch Production Machine Operator

Job Description

Take on the role of Pouch Operator to refine the pouch-making process. Operate machinery effectively while meeting customer specifications and maintaining rigorous safety protocols.

As a Pouch Operator, you will set up and adjust machines to produce pouches, ensuring products meet quality standards. Responsibilities extend to performing quality tests, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing assistance to colleagues. Attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork are vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up pouch-making machines according to specifications

• Monitor production for quality adherence

• Conduct necessary machine maintenance and adjustments

• Assist with testing and troubleshooting products

• Document production processes accurately

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous

• Knowledge of packaging films is a plus

• High School Diploma or equivalent needed

• Availability to work flexible hours

• Strong manual dexterity and communication skills
