Job Description

Step into a vital role at Aecon as a Project Coordinator, managing significant infrastructure projects that shape communities in Kincardine, Ontario. Ensure project efficiency through meticulous planning and coordination.

Reporting directly to the Field Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination of engineering and construction activities within the Steam Generator Replacement Team project. Your key duties involve creating work packages, managing budgets, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage Construction Work Packages for projects • Provide consistent status updates on project progress • Control budget expenditures throughout the project lifecycle • Interface with customers for timely project status reporting • Monitor safety programs and statistics as needed

Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management • 1-3 years experience in a project coordination role • Skilled in software relevant to construction, including MS Office • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
