Production Worker II - CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a Production Worker II with hands‑on CNC experience to join our Door Manufacturing team. This is a technical, hands‑on production role focused on operating CNC equipment and producing accurate, high‑quality components for our custom doors.

You will work from detailed shop drawings and production specifications, use strong mathematical and measurement skills, and operate our Biesse Rover B 5‑axis CNC equipment. While CNC production will be a key focus, flexibility is important as production needs change and you may be required to support other lines or departments.

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have hands‑on CNC production experience, ideally in door manufacturing

What You'll Do Operate and monitor Biesse Rover B 5‑axis CNC equipment to manufacture custom door components

Set up and operate CNC equipment using shop drawings, blueprints, and production specifications

Calculate and verify dimensions, angles, measurements, and machining requirements

Measure and inspect components to ensure accuracy and quality

Troubleshoot machining and production issues and make appropriate adjustments

Maintain production quality, efficiency, and safe operating practices

Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe

Support other production lines and departments as required

Contribute ideas that improve quality, efficiency, safety, and production processes

What You Bring Required Qualifications Previous hands‑on experience operating CNC equipment in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

Strong mathematical and measurement skills

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Experience using precision measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work across different production lines and departments as business needs change

Commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices

Strong Assets Experience operating a Biesse Rover B 5‑axis CNC

CNC experience in door manufacturing, millwork, cabinetry, or another highly customized manufacturing environment

Experience with swing door manufacturing and construction

PLC programming or troubleshooting experience

Experience setting up, adjusting, or programming CNC equipment

Experience interpreting detailed architectural or manufacturing drawings

Physical Requirements This is a physically active manufacturing role that requires:

Standing and actively moving for the duration of your shift

Frequent walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (34 kg) regularly

Regular use of fine motor hand functions

Working in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
