Key Responsibilities:

• Scope problems and define solutions with business partners

• Partner for scalable, reusable solutions across domains

• Embed with cross-unit squads to lead application builds

• Design and ship production-grade AI agents and automation

• Mentor early-career engineers to foster growth

Requirements:

• 4-7 years in software engineering, 2-3 years in GenAI

• Experience designing AI systems on major cloud platforms

• Proven ability in agentic applications and AI capabilities

• Strong Python and API integration skills

• Current knowledge of LLM and agent toolsets
