Bilingual Drawing & Occupancy Technologist

Job Description

Excel in your tech career as a Bilingual Junior Drawing & Occupancy Technologist, focusing on creating and managing technical drawings for various projects. This full-time role demands attention to detail in both architectural and engineering disciplines.

You will be responsible for assisting project teams with deliverables and client-specific requests, primarily creating and maintaining critical drawings. Support the Drawing & Occupancy tool while ensuring accuracy and compliance with occupancy policies. Your proactive approach will greatly enhance team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address daily client requests with precision

• Develop drawings consistent with occupancy regulations

• Participate in audits and implement necessary improvements

• Raise potential issues to the Team Lead

• Produce monthly occupancy and vacancy reports

Requirements:

• Community college diploma or equivalent education

• 1-3 years of relevant experience required

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2016 necessary

• Revit knowledge is a plus

• Understanding of relevant building codes
