Experienced On-Site Mechanic Role

Job Description

Join our team as an experienced on-site Industrial Mechanic, where you will handle the assembly and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Utilize your skills in diagnosing malfunctions and coaching apprentices effectively.

This role requires a solid background in mechanical work, including reading blueprints and troubleshooting machinery issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring all equipment operates smoothly while providing guidance to apprentices. Collaboration is essential for achieving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical equipment for various uses

• Detect and troubleshoot irregularities in machinery

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Coach apprentices to improve their skill levels

• Perform routine maintenance on all machinery

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant mechanical experience

• Proven ability to repair and replace parts

• Strong understanding of cost and material estimation

• Comfort with on-site job requirements only

• Excellent communication skills for training
