Mainframe Incident Manager Position

Job Description

Become a mainframe Incident Manager at IntelliBee, overseeing critical incidents and ensuring smooth IT operations. This onsite role requires strong communication skills and in-depth technical knowledge.

As a Level 1 Incident Manager, you'll swiftly triage and manage technology-related incidents, collaborating closely with IT staff, customers, and vendors. Your expertise in Microsoft Teams, What’s Up Gold, Pingdom, PRTG, and IBM Mainframe will be crucial. This position requires monitoring of mainframe console operations with periodic system checks and delivering on tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track critical IT incidents effectively

• Utilize monitoring systems to check status and connectivity

• Collaborate with staff and customers via effective communication

• Validate mainframe job control language as needed

• Lift up to 50 pounds for deliveries and tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with IT technologies

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams

• Ability to work onsite with flexible shifts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with monitoring tools like PRTG and Pingdom
