Project Manager for Construction Projects

Job Description

Join Victaulic as a Project Execution Manager, leading construction projects across Vancouver or Edmonton. Focus on delivering projects that exceed customer expectations through strong leadership.

As a key player in Victaulic's growth strategy, the Project Execution Manager will guide numerous construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a robust project management background in an industrial environment, emphasizing multitasking and effective communication with stakeholders. A preferred candidate will hold PMP or an equivalent certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project success from planning to final delivery

• Identify and communicate project scope and objectives

• Create and manage comprehensive project budgets and schedules

• Address project risks promptly and efficiently

• Coordinate with teams and provide updates to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience

• Advanced understanding of project methodologies

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency in PM tools like MS Project or Asana
