High-Volume Restaurant Manager Needed

Job Description

Whataburger seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at a thriving establishment with over $4M in annual sales. Drive team performance and maintain a focus on great service and food quality.

In this anticipated role, you'll manage a team of over fifty Family Members in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting daily operations, achieving performance targets, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain high standards for quality and cleanliness • Elevate hospitality and guest experience consistently • Nurture talent development among Family Members • Analyze and meet sales and profitability targets • Uphold food safety and workplace safety initiatives

Requirements: • 1-3 years of leadership experience required • Open availability for all shifts, including holidays • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights • ServSafe Food Manager Certification is essential • High school diploma or relevant experience preferred
