Job Description

Elevate your career as a Client Advisor at CELINE's new Vancouver Oakridge store. This role calls for passionate sales professionals dedicated to luxury customer experiences.

As part of CELINE’s team, you will employ your sales expertise to meet or exceed targets, and further develop client relationships through personalized service. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in retail, particularly within luxury, and will bring a client book along with a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales to meet individual and store objectives

• Maintain and update client data for optimal service

• Promote events via personalized outreach efforts

• Conduct general housekeeping to uphold store standards

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a retail environment with a sales focus

• Competency in computer use and software tools

• Preferable to have an established client book

• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule

• Passion for luxury items and exceptional customer satisfaction
