Job Description

Become a vital support worker with ILS, providing compassionate care to adults and seniors. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule to assist clients with daily living activities.

As a Personal Support Worker at ILS, your role involves aiding clients in their homes to maintain independence through personalized support. You will assist with both non-medical activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities (IADLs) as needed. This role caters to your strengths in communication and client service.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients with daily living activities in their homes • Maintain clear communication with clients and supervisors • Complete tasks as outlined in individual service plans • Transport yourself to client locations using your vehicle • Uphold confidentiality and respect client privacy

Requirements: • Personal Support Worker Certification or equivalent experience • Valid First Aid and CPR level C Certification • At least 3000 hours in community care or healthcare • Reliable vehicle for client home visits • Strong interpersonal skills and time management
