Warehouse Coordinator Logistics Specialist

Job Description

Maximize warehouse efficiency as a Warehouse Coordinator, focusing on logistics, order processing, and quality control. This role includes shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will support daily warehouse operations and manage inbound and outbound orders, ensuring accuracy in processing and quality control. Collaborating with the Operations Manager, your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be crucial. Operating forklifts and adhering to safety protocols further emphasize the responsibilities of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive, ship, and label products

• Perform quality control and inventory checks

• Prepare shipments for various transportation methods

• Check equipment and participate in safety initiatives

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• 1-3 years' warehouse experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Excel and WMS systems

• Experience operating industrial forklifts required
