This hybrid role will put you at the heart of Elastio's engineering team, where you will tackle backend service development and build complex cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in Rust and asynchronous programming will lead you to create reliable, scalable systems. Engage with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience while troubleshooting technical challenges across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services in Rust for large-scale cloud platforms

• Design high-performance, secure systems with reliability focus

• Collaborate with UX/UI for responsive web applications

• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into existing systems

• Utilize observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana for performance improvements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in Rust development

• Proficient with microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience in asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures

• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless environments

• Strong communication skills in English
